I surveyed over 2,200 real estate professionals (Brokers, Investors, Property Managers, etc) across commercial and residential real estate. I asked them what their preferred CRM is that enhances their cold calling and new business development efforts.
As you likely know there are many options to consider. This is the list of the top recommendations along with my own review of each option as it relates to commercial real estate. I also apply my own rating system to these options in hopes that it helps you.
The focus of the reviews is based on feedback from those surveyed. The main points that we looked at are.
Communication features (call, email, text, etc)
Automation capabilities (Email, scheduling, reminders)
Dialer capabilities
Ease of use, customization features
Data management features (custom fields, sorting, bulk edit, export/import, etc)
Property database capabilities
Deal workflow, pipeline management & follow up sequencing

The 800 lb gorilla.. not much to say here other than it can be whatever you want it to be. CRMs like REThink & Apto are built on Salesforce
Built on Salesforce, Ascendix is a robust CRM and organizational tool. Can be full customized. Much more than a prospecting CRM
